On October 10, 2026 T.&T.V. Institute of nursing college organized program at Singanpore Health Centre to raise awareness about mental health, commemorating World Mental Health Day. The chief guest of the event was Mr. I.A.Kadiwala sir. The program was organized in involvement of 2nd Year GNM students. Program coordinated by Principal Mr. Kiran Domadia sir, HOD of mental health nursing Ms. Tanvi Bhatiya madam, Assistant professor Ms. Chitra Kanthariya madam and Lecturer Ms. Anjali Bhadakiwala madam.
INAUGURATION AND WELCOME
The function began with an inauguration ceremony, where Mr. I.A. Kadiwala sir and respected Medical Officer, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The program commenced with a warm welcome extended to all attendees, setting a tone of inclusivity and respect. There was birthday of respected Kadiwala sir, so all the attendees wished them with token of love. In programme, also done the welcome of all the dignitaries with flowers.

Firstly, few words shared by Mr. I.A. Kadiwala sir regarding mental health awareness.. The medical officer Dr. Jignesh sir also shared their views regarding the event and mental health.
AWARENESS THROUGH DRAMA AND POSTER EXHIBITION
The highlight of the event was a thought-provoking drama presentation by 2nd-year GNM students, focusing on theme of the day and mental health issues. The performance aimed to educate the audience about the importance of mental well-being, reduce stigma, and encourage empathy. Complementing the drama, a poster exhibition was also organized, showcasing the students’ creative expressions on mental health themes. The posters served as a visual representation of the students’ understanding and perspectives on mental health issues.
OBJECTIVE AND IMPACT
The event aimed to promote mental health awareness, encourage open discussions, and foster a supportive environment. By involving students in the organization and presentation of the program, the event also provided an opportunity for them to develop their skills in event management, teamwork, and advocacy.
