- Welcome Ceremony (5:00 – 5:10 PM)
The event commenced with the warm welcome of guests, followed by an opening speech by the hosts. - Prayer & Lamp Lighting (5:10 – 5:20 PM)
A soulful prayer session was held, followed by the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the beginning of a new academic journey. - Cultural Performances & Ramp Walk (5:20 – 7:25 PM)
- A welcome dance was performed to set the mood of the event.
- Speech by Kiran Sir, Principal, T. &.T. V. Institute of Nursing inspired and motivated the freshers.
- Various dance performances by 3rd GNM, 3rd & 4th Semester, 2nd Year GNM, and 6th Semester B.Sc. students kept the audience entertained.
- The much-anticipated ramp walk competition showcased the confidence and charisma of freshers from 1st B.Sc. Nursing and 1st GNM.
- Question-answer rounds for B.Sc and GNM students added an element of fun and engagement.
- Result Announcement & Prize Distribution (7:15 – 7:30 PM)
Winners of the ramp walk and other competitions were awarded prizes, adding excitement and motivation among participants. - Vote of Thanks (7:30 – 7:45 PM)
