The Oath & Lamp Lighting Ceremony was solemnly organized on 9th January 2026 at T. & T.V. Institute of Nursing, Rampura, Surat. The program commenced at 10:00 a.m. in the institute auditorium, which was tastefully decorated with flowers, lamps, and nursing emblems. The dignitaries, faculty members, parents, and students were warmly welcomed. Lamp Lighting Ceremony The sacred Lamp Lighting Ceremony was performed by the Principal Mr.Kiran Domadia along with respected faculty members and invited dignitaries. This ritual symbolizes the light of knowledge, service, and dedication inspired by Florence Nightingale, the Lady with the Lamp. The lighting of the lamp marked the formal beginning of the ceremony and signified the students’ readiness to embrace their professional responsibilities with sincerity and devotion.
Following the lamp lighting, the Oath Taking Ceremony was conducted. The students, dressed in neat and professional nursing uniforms, stood together and solemnly took the nursing oath administered by a senior faculty member. Through this oath, the students pledged to uphold the ethical principles of nursing, provide compassionate care to patients, maintain confidentiality, and serve humanity with integrity and respect. Prize Distribution Ceremony
After the oath taking, the Prize Distribution Ceremony was held to recognize and encourage academic excellence among students. Prizes were awarded to the overall first rank holders of various courses for their outstanding academic performance:
