On the date of 9th may, 2024, cookery demonstration was organized by first year GNM students at our college to enhance the knowledge in the subject of nutrition. the event provide a platform for students to showcase their accuracy skills while incorporating principles of nutrition and healthy food.
The program was graced by esteem judges Ms.prarthi shroff chief Diteician of venus hospital chief dieticians and Ms.sweta patel MSC faculty of T&T.V. Institute of nursing.
We are thankful To our principal sir for guiding and supporting us.
The success of the program would not have been possible without the guidance and support of Ms. Bhavika Vyas, Ms. Prathna Mecwan, Ms. Meha Suratiya.
All students in the first year GNM participate in this program. The program was evaluated on the basis of criteria including nutritional content, presentation and taste.the judge ranked the participants as follows:-
1st rank:- Group 1- Protein Rich diet & dessert diet
2nd rank:- Group 4- balanced diet & diabetic diet
3rd rank:-Group 3- dash diet & liquid diet
4th rank:-Group 5-weaning diet
5th rank:-Group 2-Iron rich diet and gluten free diet
Total 36 students were participated for Therapeutic diet demonstration.
