The students of T.&T.V Institute of Nursing, Rampura, Surat, celebrated Diwali with vibrant enthusiasm, engaging in a series of thoughtfully organized events designed to reflect the festive spirit and India’s rich cultural heritage. Each day brought a unique theme, allowing students to express creativity, participate in traditions, and strengthen bonds.
Week-long Festivities
The Diwali celebrations spanned from October 25, 2024, to October 26, 2024, with various events held under the guidance of Principal Mr. Kiran Domadiya. Highlights included:
1.Mismatch Day – Students started the celebrations in quirky, mismatched outfits, bringing laughter and creativity to the campus.
2.Bollywood Day – Celebrating Indian cinema, students dressed as iconic Bollywood characters, adding a glamorous touch to the festivities.
3.No Bag Day – Students enjoyed a break from their books, focusing on interaction and enjoyment.
4.Traditional Day – Students wore traditional attire, showcasing India’s cultural diversity.
5.Suit and Saree Day – An elegant display of suits and sarees, enhancing the festive spirit.
Competitions and Activities
Several creative competitions were held:
Diwali Card Making: Participants crafted heartfelt Diwali cards, spreading joy and festive wishes.
Waste out of best: Emphasizing sustainability, students created artwork from recyclable materials.
Floor decoration:- Students created vibrant rangolis that added color and festive ambiance to the campus.

Gift Exchange and Cultural Folk Show On October 26, students exchanged gifts in a “Secret Friend” game, enhancing camaraderie. The celebration then proceeded with a lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a cultural folk show. Students represented different states of India in a fashion show, showcasing regional attire in a beautiful display of unity in diversity.
After the completion of guest speech 3rd GNM students perform dance very nicely.
Competition Results During the grand finale, esteemed judges Mrs. Rajul Mehta and Mrs. Nina Merchant recognized the following winners:

Closing Ceremony:-Principal Mr. Kiran Domadiya conveyed heartfelt Diwali wishes to all, followed by speeches from the honorable trustees, who shared their blessings. The Head of the Mental Health Department, Ms. Tanvi Bhatiya, delivered a vote of thanks, and the celebration concluded with the national anthem and sweet distribution to all attendees.
