The Fresher’s Party was organized with great enthusiasm and joy to welcome the newly admitted students. The event aimed to create a friendly atmosphere, encourage interaction, and help fresher’s feel comfortable in their new academic environment.

- Welcome Ceremony:
The program began at 5:30 PM with a welcoming introduction, Welcome extended to the Principle sir ,Vise principle sir ,Faculty and Fresher’s. The Event was host by Ms Riya Patel from 5th semester B.Sc. nursing & Ms Heer Patel from 3rd semester B.Sc. Nursing.
- Deep Pragaty & Lamp Lighting:
The Traditional Lamp Lighting followed by Mr Kiran Sir, Jimmy Sir, Tanvi Ma’am and Other faculty and a warm welcome acknowledgement. A vibrant welcome dance Performed by Ms Trisha Vankar from 3rd semester set an energetic tone for the event.
Annual Prize Distribution:
Our Institute Student Mr Pratham Bhoi Secured 1st rank in V.N.S.G.U 4th year Bsc examination Horned by prize and certificate.
CULTURAL EVENT:
Various cultural performances added color and excitement to the event. These included group dances by B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students, solo and duet dance performances, and ramp walks by GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, and P.B.B.Sc. (N) Students. Each performance was highly appreciated by the audience.
- Results & Prize Distributions
One of the most awaited segments was the shortlisted candidates’ Question and Answer round, where participants confidently expressed their thoughts and personalities. This was followed by the winner declaration.
The winners from 1st Year P.BSc were Ms. Christina Christian and Mr. Kevin Patel , from Bsc 1st Year winner were Ms Kasak Pancholi & Mr Tushar Gavit ,from GNM 1st Year winner were Ms Harshvi Lapsiwala & Mr Smit Patel .
Thunderous applause and cheers echoed as deserving participants were honoured with Prizes and accolades making the moment even more special.
- Vote Of Thanks
Ms Kripa From 3rd semester Bsc student concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of organizers, participants, judges, and attendees.
- Refreshment & DJ night
In the evening, from 7:40 PM onwards, students enjoyed DJ and refreshments, making the celebration memorable and enjoyable for everyone.
- Conclusion:
Overall, the Fresher’s Party was a grand success. It strengthened bonds among students, promoted unity, and created lasting memories for the fresher’s as they begin their new academic journey.
